Beas Apartment - the window to the sea with AC

Gorgeous view, excellent location. Spacious apartment with charming finishings. Responsive host when hot water went off.

Undisclosed construction on the property starting early in the morning. Make sure to ask host in advance as they will not be up front about construction occurring. On main road so sound carries in the evenings. Although, host was very responsive to concerns when raised.

The location cannot be beaten. Large balcony with 180 degree view, right on the incredible Mediterranean Sea. A short stroll to the train station.

So close to the train. Less than 10 minute walk, through a tunnel, to the old town, which we thought was the nicest of the 5 towns. 3rd floor and no elevator. No TV. No oven. But had a small electric toaster oven. We were met at the apartment and shown through. Seemed bigger than the photos depicted. Big balcony. Great view. We had a couple of rainy days, and it was a pleasure to stay inside for the day. Contact with management was via WhatsApp and was always replied to quickly. Medium size Refrigerator and had ample room Had a Kettle, plates, side plates, & Utensils No Microwave. Air conditioning was good. Beds were very comfortable. Pillows were soft. Wardrobe space was good. The Shower water pressure was very good and didn’t run out of hot water. Water Temperature was constant. Towels were a bit thin, but did the job. WiFi was good. Except for the sound of waves, the room was very quiet and manually activated roll down shutters kept out the morning light. Close to restaurants, and supermarket around the corner ( but is shut for a few hours in the afternoon.) A wonderful place to stay

Nothing really. Just be aware of the stairs if you are not overly fit.

Bea's apartment overlooks the water. Both the public beach and beachclubs are at the doorstep. It's only 5-10 minutes walk into old town. Restaurants are also on the doorstep.

Amazing location with fantastic views, so close to the beach and station. Was very useful to have a washing machine.

It was not clear that there were about 60 steps to the apartment with no lift. Also there was no air conditioning in the second bedroom which meant our boys had to sleep in the living room as it was so hot.

Location. Overlooking the ocean and Monterosso waterfront. The view is amazing. I’m so glad we booked this rather than an apartment back from the waterfront. It was super hot when we were there and so convenient to walk less than 2 mins to the water.

Stairs and no air con in second bedroom

Outdated amenities, uncomfortable beds, broken shower doors.

The location was perfect! For some it might be difficult as you go up 66 stairs to reach apartment. The view is spectacular and there is air conditioning!

The location was excellent. Right in front of the beach.

The apartment's size is ok but it is generally old and not refurbished. Furniture are old, the two windows in the living room and in the main bedroom could not be fully locked, the two singled beds in the second bedroom were very basic like camp beds) with soft and cheap matrass; the bathroom shower had a sliding door very fragile, etc.
