Beas Apartment - the window to the sea with AC

This apt is in the most prime location possible. You are literally steps away from the beach with an incredible view from the balcony. It was nice to have kitchen amenities and the ability to wash our clothes. Giovanni was just a phone call away when we needed him.Overall, we had a wonderful experience.

Someone met us at the train station and carried our bags to our room . Even though it was right near the train station we were not familiar so it lessened our stress.

I can't think of anything, it was perfect .

When traveling with a baby: the fact that you could close the doors to each room was a help. The view was absolutely beautiful; it was right on the water. It was quiet except for the sounds of the waves, truly lovely. The location was very convenient to excellent restaurants and the parking. The hosts' recommendations were helpful. Really great value for the price. The decor was pretty.

Communication could have been better around our arrival; cleaning lady was still there and baby cot wasn't yet setup when we arrived. Toilet tank was moldy. The listing could use better photos of the kitchen just for planning purposes. It's on the 3rd floor, which was fine for us but other renters may want to be aware. The balcony door didn't lock properly which meant we had to watch the baby closely. I'd be willing to play extra for childproofing! Outlet covers, removing breakables, etc. There were several loose small objects (screws, rocks, sticks) down at the baby's level that I had to be careful about.
