Clean rooms and sheets. Comfortable bed. Nice staff. Well maintained facade. Good food joint just opposite to the place. Easy accessibility to the city. Private parking. You will enjoy the stay for sure.

A fan would be nice as it is not possible to keep the windows open during the day due to the noise coming from the streets right outside (only for peak summer daytime as the rest of the year is cold there)

I wish I could have prolonged my stay here. The beautiful property, the delicious daily breakfasts, the lovely surrounding part of town and above all the smiling, kind and helpful staff (thanks so much for everything Shanti and Prianka!) made my stay really memorable!

The property is located south of several tourist attractions but walking is an ideal way to get to know the surrounding area and taxis are easily available everywhere

Room was super clean. Interior was also very good.

Before providing breakfast, they should have asked or tell their morning menu. So that we can choose according to the breakfast item they are providing. Last day they serve us egg and am allergic to egg.

The room is clean and comfortable... Behaviour of hotel staff is polite and gentle...their services were beyond expectations...but it was satisfactory...

A bit far from the city center but that should be considered a bonus. Reaching there is quite easy.

The overall experience was good. They will treat you very well. The breakfast served was very good and homely. Bed was cosy , toilets were very clean. Police bazar the famous market is only 9mins from there for which you can take a taxi from just outside the guesthouse. The hospitality and the warmth with which they treat you is superb. Prices are reasonable. I would love to stay back here. You have to fetch food from outside because they serve only breakfast. Zomato and swiggy are always a saviour. Ms. Shanti who is the owner is very genuine and a simple lady. She is always ready to help and guide you. She has enough knowledge of the points and the places in shillong. Everything was good 👍

Room size could have been bigger but in hills you can't expect much in this budget. Two of us were happy but if you have a kid with you opt for bigger room.
