The host santhi did was so helpful,if you are visiting shillong I will 100% suggest this residency to opt for staying.its clean,calm, comfortable and with helpful staff .food was also good.

So, I went there with my father and my first telephonic conversation with the ower of Crossroad, Shanti di, made me confident about my choice. We felt at home there. She guided us in every way possible and ensured that we had a comfortable stay. Her all-women team is doing an excellent job.

Crossroad was more comfortable than a home...will stay in Cross road whenever we visit Shillong. A management of exceptional quality the staff highly commendable...easy connections to anywhere in shillong...we really regretted our stay was short.

Everything was fine. Could find no negative issues.

The location. Due to the one way road entering into the property is a little difficult with vehicles

Their behavior, hospitality and everything was up to the mark.
