The accommodation had a good location, specifically, the area where the hotel is situated is very beautiful and green, and there is a parking space available.

I have a lot to say about the shortcomings of the accommodation. Firstly, the place is not cleaned at all. Every day you bring in a lot of sand from the beach, and it is never cleaned. Secondly, the towels were not changed. During my five-day stay, I had to use the same towel. There was no toilet paper, shampoo, or soap in the accommodation. A small bottle of shampoo was all that was provided for two people. The accommodation is dark, without windows, there are only two doors. If you close them, it becomes completely dark inside, which is quite scary. The man at the reception acted as if we were checking into a hotel, although the service was nothing like that of a hotel. We were even asked to clean up and take out the trash after our stay. We requested an upgrade to our room, but it was not granted. And the funniest part is that we were asked to pay extra for Wi-Fi. Let me remind you, my friend and I are foreigners, we don't have an Italian SIM card, and the Wi-Fi was not free. Also, we were not provided with proper bedding, meaning there were no duvet covers or sheets to dress the blanket. We had to cover ourselves with just the throw that was on the bed. The bed itself was essentially two small beds pushed together, resembling a folding bed more than anything else. Plus, when you open the bathroom window, it swings wide open, meaning you can't ventilate the bathroom properly. The bathroom window faces other people's apartments, so people walk right under your window. You have to keep the curtains and windows closed all the time. Worst of all, I had to treat my skin for acne for a long time after the trip because the pillows had feather filling and were obviously not very clean, as I developed a subcutaneous mite - Demodex.

The Staff was AWESOME! Teresa & Marco were a pleasure to work with. The Bar Staff was equally amazing! It’s like a little village out in the middle of nowhere… yet close to the neighboring towns.

The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to be accommodating. The apartment are in Avery rural and quite area. It is not close to the beach, but a closed of fresh water lake. The photo in website is a bit misleading. The gardens are beautiful and smell of fresh flowers every morning and evening, kept very clean. You definitely need a car if you are staying here as the nearest restaurant and shops are about 10 minutes drive. You cannot walk there as the only route is via motorways. It is also a 15 minutes drive from Olbia airport and city center. About 30 minutes from one of the best kept secret beaches. I had the downstairs apartment which was dark, you cannot open the windows as it is ground floor and there are ants and I also saw small lizards 🦎. The mattress was very uncomfortable and sank in several places, the pillows were uneven and old. As I visited in may, we had couple of days of rain and there were no blankets or duvet on chilly nights so I had to use the bedsheets and managed to start the heating. Overall, it is a nice place and value for money But you definitely need a car to get about and stock up as shops are not a walk around the corners. Thanks to Marco for all your help. It was very close to the beach and shopping centers. It was very quiet, relaxing, and peaceful.

The location, the view, the room

Firstly, When we got there we were charged an extra money for common areas that we didn't want to use, this wasn't mentioned on booking so we can't blame the staff. Just a bit annoying. Secondly, our first room was on a construction site and we were awoken by people working right on our balcony so we couldn't even eat breakfast outside aswell as a mess being made. This was quickly fixed after a phone call with the staff, then after they gave us a much nicer room, with a very quiet and beautiful view. Thirdly, the washing machine completely screwed up my clothes because they never cleaned it. This is annoying because it was new clothes. But after all anyway, we really enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend this place despite the issues. We're just giving an honest review to help improve the place because its a very nice place and we would like to return.
