Walking distance to the beach. It is quiet and has a great pool.

Communication is useless. It is privately owned and owner says contact reception for any questions and then there's no one in reception. There should be a compendium in the room so you know about the facilities as the whole development is huge.

Location was fine (even there is nothing but the beach). The resort and surrounding was very nice. A lots of trees and flowers and cleanliness made an impression.

The first interaction with the staff wasn't very positive. It's very frustrating when staff don't speak english and cannot share basic information with their guests. But we managed after all.. As I mentioned above, the resort and surrounding was very nice and clean. But the apartment wasn't the case.. Hair from previous visits on the floor, bird droppings on the terrase table, etc. The apartment was equipped enough, but looked very much used (kitchen, shower cabin..)

Accomodation was clean and fully equiped with all kitchen stuff, the environment was unique and it took only 5 minutes walking to beach.

Its so uncomfortable to be accommodate here without car, market and restaurants are very far away, doors to our apartman were heavy to open and close and there are a lot of fees to pay ( parking fee, pool fee, cleaning fee).

paying for pool per day which we never used, and it was being maintained having to make your own beds and paying for bedding no working lighter to lite the gas stove not even a full roll of toilet paper for 4 people for 4 nights

Teresa was amazing with anything that we need very helpful and fast responding all messages. the location was perfect for us. close to the airport and walking distance to beach and lovely beach bar

Wonderful sooo peaceful natural beautiful.place for a super Comfy stay in beautifull Sardinia. ❤️ super staff..super accommodations super environment..our best accomadations on our whole 4 month trip in Europe. Thank you to the staff for creating such a beautiful warm ambiance! Cant wait to go back!

Sorry the give low rating because I think the village is ok for what it is meant: an Italian family summer holiday. I literally had to do a last minute booking so I really just checked the airport distance and a few reviews that said “steps from Olbia”, “nice nature setting”…too bad for me! Not quite steps from Olbia - a 30 min bus ride. Said bus only goes 3 times a day in this time of the year. Room is not too bad, but the heating through the aircon didn’t work half of the time. I was cold all of the time at night, the blankets are quite thin, not comfortable, not fresh (found some hair in them 🥴). As a result I caught a colossal cold and when I got a bit better I immediately had to leave and book a different place.

The receptionist was nice (and her dog), but she spoke to me in Italian half of the time and I never knew if she really understood what I was saying. Because of my bad cold I was sick and couldn’t get to town for food or drink so I simply didn’t have any! It was just so bad. Also no-one came to clean in days but it would have been a surprise.
