Nusa Penida Pini Sentana

My husband and I were just blown away with Nusa Penida Pini Sentana. While others may find the location not easily accessible, we loved it because it gave us the exclusive and secluded vibes we were looking for. The service from their staff and property manager was excellent, and so are the food options from their menu. Every detail in the room was well thought off, from the bed sheet to the hand soap. So glad we booked the biggest room they had, which has excellent views of the pool. It's perfect for viewing sunrise and sunset.

The only thing we liked is the view on the hill and the staff were lovely. They helped us coordinate with a taxi for another hotel.

We booked 3 nights but only stayed 1 night. There was too much noise because they were adding a new section in the hotel. It would have been nice if they informed us beforehand that there was construction. The room was not clean, web spiders and hair in the sink. The linen didn’t smell fresh. The bed wasn’t comfortable.

Beautiful views and clean room! Very accommodating and had drivers to take us into town.

Breakfast was simple. Did not provide free transportation to and from ferry port, which was costly. Did have scooters for rental, but did not have many large ones, so we had to use a small one. Far drive from town for dinner and shopping. Road was very rough.

Beautiful location with a perfect view. They provide scooters for you to explore the island. There’s a restaurant that provides Indonesian and Western cuisine.

The location is very beautiful and quiet. The food is amazing and the staff is very nice. You can rent scooters at the reception. Quality of the helmets is a bit bad. Only very big size and the cord was mostly broken. They have an option for transfer from and to the harbour.

On the pictures of booking.com a different bathroom is shown. The bathroom we got in our bungalow was in really bad shape. The shower was leaking and only gave warm water for 5 minutes. The toilet was loose. There was a really small window that you can't close so insects could come in easily. The wifi was very slow and sometimes wouldn't work at all. There is no tv or fridge in the room and there is only 1 trashcan.
