Everything was very good, the staff , the swimming pool, the food and the location (if you want to stay quiet)

Only the shower, it was bit stinky because not have any open windows and not enough hot water

The views were incredible and the food was so good. But the best are the people whose work there, I forgot a jacket in my hotel room and they brought it to me to Sanur. Incredible. Really appreciate it your help and hospitality 10/10

One night we didn’t have hot water shower and it’s cold at night, they explain will be fixed next day but we couldn’t have shower for this reason. The location is far from everything.

The place is quiet with good quality rooms. It also has a pool with a great view. The staff is quite polite and helpful.

The restaurant has limited vegetarian options further there are very few places to see nearby apart from Teletubbies hills. It has tie ups with snorkeling providers which are costly and do not provide a great service as compared to other providers.

cheap furniture, too far from other spots and food not great, power cuts several times and no excuse/explanation from staff

Very good breakfast Helpful staff Nice views Quiet place The best thing about this place is the atmosphere of total calmness. I would also like to thank the manager of this place, Made, the person you can always count on. My wife had an injury and had to see the doctor. The manager immediately took us to the village where my wife was taken care of. We really appreciate it.

A bit run-down furniture Some ants in our bungalow, but after all this is a jungle :)
