The balance of the booked stay is due on arrival. A surcharge of EUR 50 applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Please note that Guests must pay 20% of the total amount for stays between 4 May and 30 June, and between 1 September and 31 October. For stays between 1 July and 31 August, guests must pay 30% of the total amount. The payment must be completed within 5 days; otherwise, the reservation will be canceled. The remaining balance can be paid by the guest in cash or via bank transfer upon arrivalPayment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
