Ultra Central Modern Apartment close to Old Town - University

The location was great in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment was nice, well equipped and very comfortable.

Clean and neat apartment, nothing too big, but it fits. The host was really responsive and ready to fix our issues.

The air conditioning didn't work, I barely slept the first night, it was way too hot for comfort inside. We talked with the host and he fixed it the second day, the AC is leaking cooling liquid, so this might happen to you too. The bathroom vent didn't want to start up so there was a lot of moisture buildup.

Beds Kitchen tools (There weren’t enough plates and kettle ,spoons ,saucepan etc.) The beds were dirty and not comfortable .While we were sleeping we felt that like we were on the wood.There was lots of dust over the bed There wasn’t hair dryer . There weren’t enough chairs It isn’t suitable to stay for a family

good value for money. the only minus is a not very comfortable sofa

I came back here again :) Comfortable and convenient apartment, has everything you need. Very caring staff and host. The apartment includes a bedroom, a living room with a large sofa, and a separate kitchen. It is bright and cozy. Despite the proximity to the center, the street is quiet. There are wonderful coffee shops nearby and lots of greenery around.

Great location, we managed to find parking in front of the building. The owner responds very quickly to messages. Modern furniture. The air conditioner is very useful in the summer days.

The sofa is not so comfy.

Location is very good. And all the facilities okay.

The level of cleaning was disappointing…
