Ultra Central Modern Apartment close to Old Town - University

The previous review was bad - it's all not true. The man did not live and wrote such a thing! Shame! I lived for 4 days and I liked everything. The location is great - the center is 10 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by tram (stop at the house). The apartment was clean. The Wi-Fi is good, it didn't get lost. There are two frying pans (one new), plates, mugs, forks, knives, everything is there. The electric stove is working, and so is the microwave. There is an oven, but I did not use it. Dishwashing liquid. There are shampoos, a hair dryer, a washing machine, and a clothes dryer in the bathroom (I washed it 2 times). The bed is a large double. While I was walking, a new sofa was assembled in the living room. I slept on it and really liked it. Soft. There is enough pastel linen (I asked for and was given another set at once). The towels are big and good. The TV is working - we watched YouTube in high quality. The owner is very kind and helpful - I couldn't figure out the stove - he personally helped me, he was very worried that I couldn't turn it on. I got sick (fever) The owner came to meet me and helped me a lot. The house is nice, the entrance is old with its own character. Very clean. The entrance is closing. The neighbors are very quiet - everyone follows the rules of silence that hang in the elevator. The elevator is old and rare, it works flawlessly, there are security checks (they hang in the elevator). The elevator is like in my childhood - I really liked it. The air conditioner is working. There is also an additional heater (works like a beast, very warm) The view from the window is really gorgeous! A stone's throw from the house there is a large store with a large selection, open 24 hours. I got the keys in the safe and left them. Overall, everything is fine, thanks for the apartment and the rest!

Nothing

Everything was a disaster. The shower wasn’t cleaned, the big sofa bed was broken, the smaller one had no space to open it, the window was broken & the walls were cracked! Last but not least the air conditioner remote wasn’t working and it’s set on 30 on heat mode during very hot days!! (A way to make the renters not use the air conditioner) we tried to contact him but he didn’t respond. We contacted customer service, they didn’t support! Adding to the above It’s in a very old building and when we arrived an old lady was screaming at us! Worst booking ever.

strong wifi with no issues, apartment was tidied up well before we arrived with towels available and extra sheets+ a whole extra bed if needed!! the owner is quickly responsive and nice :))

The sleeping couch was really uncomfortable. You could feel hard poles in it. They definitely need to put a top madress on it. There was only one small duvet and the mattress cover was too small. The toilet door didn’t work at all and the oven smelled weird
