Quiet and comfortable, great hosts, 5-10 minutes from main streets of Vake, really good value for money

For the price everything was as expected or better

location is good room is okey linens , blanket are clean ( i did not smell unsual) shared bathroom

The guesthouse at night during my stay?, was a disaster!!! , the owner of the guesthouse Mr. Georgi together with his wife and probably his friends who are living the other room, they are in drinking session and talking very loudly, until 1 am early in the morning! The owner dont care whether they can disturb other guest too! A guesthouse should be quite because we need to recharged ourself by sleeping at anytime of the day because we are tired from daily activities in their country as tourist! Message to the guesthouse owner: Avoid making unnecessary noises as you are disturbing your guest!!!!

A comfortable room in a very friendly family house. Very central location, in a sought after upmarket area with fashionable cafes and restaurants.

10 out of 10. The owners are wonderful people. Neat and cozy environment. Upon arrival, we were greeted and given hot tea to drink, and also treated to delicious wine and chacha. The house has a lot of dishes, you can cook your own food. The owners also provide clean linens and towels. Thank you!
