Room noise protection can be better, but is wasn't a big problem

Owner and his wife were so kind and helpful. Their assistance with Ukrainian embassy access was incredible. If owner would not take an appointment at 5 a.m. we will spend some more days expecting our turn. Accompanied us with solving our troubles. Very friendly and hospitable. Managing our tour to further to Arminia. They left an indelible mark on my heart.

Location is perfect! It is in central area and very close to Vake park. And room is very big, they are very kind like friends. I enjoyed　conversations with them😊

An enormous and aggressive dog lives in the property and it was very scary to enter the property grounds wondering if the dog is tied up or roaming around. The room was disappointing. Dirty, old and hot with the air conditioning nearly broken.
