Great place to stay,clean and comfortable.

I have mixed feelings about our 2-night stay. On the positive side, the host and the staff (Flora) were very accommodating. They were lenient and trusting, even allowing me to pay in cash when my card had issues. I truly appreciated their flexibility.

However, the stay itself was quite frustrating for the price we paid. 1. The bedroom window latch was broken/cracked and couldn't close tightly. This was a major safety concern for us. I even had to move a table in front of the window for security because I was scared someone could enter. 2. The assigned parking for this room is in Tower 3, while the unit is in Tower 1. It is far too far from the lift, especially when traveling with family. 3. The washing machine - We were excited to use it, but the machine failed and our clothes got stuck inside. The door wouldn't open and it was very stressful. The host mentioned a 'Do Not Use' note, but there was absolutely nothing there when we checked in. 4. There were cigarette butts left outside one of the rooms. It was a real eyesore and made the place feel unkept and unpleasant to look at. For a RM200 deposit and the nightly rate, the experience was not worth it. I’m sharing this so these issues can be fixed for future guests. It has the potential to be a nice place, but right now, it needs a lot of work.

The unit was clean and well equipped for a short stay.
