The staff was friendly when they brought towels or tissues.

Even if the Imago shopping mall was in front, my mother, who had leg pain, couldn't go because she had to cross the land bridge because it was on the other side, there were too many ants and cockroaches, and the windows didn't close, so bugs came in at night and there was no microwave, so I couldn't heat the food, and the pot and frying pan were all coated off, so I couldn't use them. The price was not cheap, but it was really bad for the amount. When I received the deposit, the owner said he had never received it, so I took a picture of the account transfer and sent it to me, and I accepted it then, and the money was received the day after check-out. For this amount, I will never go to this house next time

The location is good as there are some deliscious restaurants at the bottom level of Sutera Avenue.

Extremely over priced!!!! We got caught out with a booking.com apartment at Imago Lofts as they had black mold and were unsafe in electrical and DISGUSTING. So I looked up Sutera Avenue and within an hour it had doubled in price. this apartment also wasn’t nice but at least it didn’t have black mold. The lift stopped working one day so we used the stairs everyday in fear of getting caught out.

New and stylish development with cafes and shops downstairs.

rumah ok.. tetapi deposit RM200 ya.. fikir2 laa sebelum tempah. dan bayaran deposit pun dah 2hari lepas check out ni dia belum bagi.

staff tidak ok.. bayaran deposit katanya akan dibayar hari yang sama check out.. tetapi dah 2hari belum.dibayar deposit. rm200 yaa deposit

環境感覺好寧靜，個單位好企理。

夜晚附近冇乜食肆選擇。

The unit had a proper kitchen setup and modern furnishings.

The location just nearby to main town.

The homestay staff failed to properly arrange the customer’s check-in and placed the blame on Booking.com for not deducting the room payment. Furthermore, the deposit had to be requested from the staff for a refund.

Nicely furnished unit with good facilities.

The place was not my expectations. Many problem apper such as aircon rosak, wifi not active and many more

Poor facility lapartment.... remember before you book you need to confirm that everything is ok.

Aircond sangat sejuk, wifi laju.. sangat dekat dengan mall & ke tempat lain
