Zen Apartment - Calea Victoriei

The location of the apartment is really good - it is in the city center, with nice views. I also liked the big windows that make this apartment luminous. The bed and pillows were comfortable, the lightning is well thought and overall it was a good stay.

The surprising thing - the shower does not have a hand shower. The water flows only from the fixed showerhead which was full of limestone and was spraying water in all directions. Personally, it was a bad experience doing ballet to avoid getting my hair wet every time. I would suggest to add a mobile shower since not everyone wants to wash their hair every time they get a shower. And in Bucharest's summer this means more times per day. The apartment is noisy due to it's location - day and night the traffic creates a background noise, the neighbours are listening to loud music and sometimes they party and there is a lot of back and forth on the hallway which loud as well. The entrance of the building is not on the main street, it is on the back side of the building, through a secluded parking area where a lot of drunk homeless people gather at night and, as a woman travelling solo, it wasn't fun at all.

Overall, the apartment is nice and spacious. We had everything that we needed (towels, slippers, iron etc.) The check-in was really easy and the owner provided detailed instructions. The location is fine and allows you to walk to the all major sights within 15 minutes.

The bathroom is horrible and drastically impacts the overall experience. You can feel the bad smell from the pipes all the time. The sink and the tap simply do not match so water splashes around, and the floor is always wet because of it. The shower head is covered in rust and works poorly. So each visit to the bathroom was not pleasant. Overall, the apartment doesn't look as modern and new as in the pictures.

It was really nicely furnished and modern looking.Very spacious,we were 2 but could easily stay 4 people.It is close to all the main attractions walking distance to most of them and to the old town.Also if you are visiting during winter it's a really warm apartment considering it is freezing in Bucharest

The bed was so and so.the mattress could be better, but it is not bad as well.The building was really old and communist architecture but this is common in Romania so don't be alarmed

Appart with noisy neighboor. Problem of smell about canalisations in flat. No toilet paper when i arrived. Bed is not good quality and move... But flat is modern and clean, and host well organized, and fair.

Spacy apartment, well equiped. Very close to city centre and surrounded by cafes, restaurants and a grocery store.

The bedroom is turned to main street so it can get a little loud.
