great location, everything is within walking distance

The apartment has been renovated, and the bathroom wall is just covered with concrete, the moisture constantly smells of concrete, I really like Odin, but to each his own. 4. the floor is covered with concrete and paint, this is a cheap solution that does not make you feel comfortable. 5. the guest in the apartment is quite noisy due to the noise from the street, and although the windows are closed and the apartment has air conditioners that work well. it's still noisy, it's clear that this is the center of the city and it's always not quiet there, but as I understand the windows are cheap and therefore the noise level is uncomfortable. 6. view from the window. It is stated that the apartment has a view from the window. the only view that is - a view through the windows of a neighboring building. I asked the hostess to move us or return the payment so that we could rent another apartment, because we were not comfortable, but there was no answer from the hostess, then the answer was in styles, everything is fine in the apartment and the rest is your problem. but I want to note that she said that she would fix the problem with the water in the bathroom after us, but I believe that she dressed up, it can be seen from the tracks that this problem has been there for a long time. 8. Great interior design, very good location, a Mini-market just 1 min walk away. Equipped kitchen, extra towels and a spacious living room. Super clean, fast replies from the host.

The property is not non-smoking, and there was a strong smell of cigarettes in the living room but not in the other rooms. We do not smoke so the smell was very noticeable for us. Also, (IMPORTANT) there were a lot of renovations from the neighbors pretty early in the morning, a lot of noise during the morning hours and we could not get a decent sleep because of it, even on Saturday morning. It did disturb our sleep and mornings during the stay, which was very unfortunate. A good thing probably is to check in advance with the host and make sure there are no renovations during your stay if you’re looking for some peace and quiet during your morning sleep. Also, the water in the shower sometimes takes more than 10 minutes to warm, good thing to know ahead but isn’t really a problem.

Excellent location, central to most highlights. Brilliant comms from the host and much appreciated suggestions. Comfy bed.

Not much to dislike. Shower takes a while to heat, but there is plenty warning of this. Because of it's central location it can be a little noisy with traffic but not badly enough to put me off personally.

Great location, modern, clean and spacious apartment. Also, the host is lovely and helpful.
