I had a fantastic stay at this property! The space was beautifully maintained and incredibly comfortable, with modern yet cozy furnishings. The location was perfect close to everything yet peaceful. The host was very welcoming and attentive, making my experience truly enjoyable. Additionally, there are two 7-Elevens just a few minutes' walk away, along with coffee shops, restaurants, and everything you need conveniently nearby. Highly recommend!

Convenient room size with amazing sea view and very near to the beach , very well equipped kitchen ,large bathroom ,nice bedroom with large comfort bed and surrounded glass doors with curtains ,large balcony with pool view and amazing sea view ,nice living area and nice, fastest internet speed i have ever seen, modern IKEA furniture ,many thank for the owner's great efforts.

The curtains don't block the sunlight and don't give enough privacy after sunset , i don't like the bathroom glass doors (no bathroom privacy at all) ,nice jacuzzi tub in the balcony but it's a bit small and it drains in the balcony floor and the balcony sink was blocked.

A very clean good size room. It has a large smart tv and Wi-Fi. The place was very clean, furniture was comfortable, bed was very comfortable also. Air on worked great,nice and cold. It has a washing machine also which is very handy. The location is also good,it’s not far from the main places in Pattaya and it has a lot of amenities all around it on soi 5, including a very good gym (muscle factory) a sauna, bars, 7/11 & cafes which are all in walking distance

The studio is situated on the 8th floor in the building. Quiet, modern and clean with sea view balcony. Well equipped kitchen, big bathroom, very comfortable king bed and strong WiFi. Super nice infinity pool with jacuzzi on the 14 th floor with nice view of the ocean, wonderful sunsets. One minute walk from the beach, 2 minute walk to the main street with restaurants, cafe's, laundry, bakery, grocerie shops and bars. The security is excellent, 2 guards on duty 24/7. Easy communication with a very helpful host.

Quit area, close to the beach. 24 hours security and security cameras on the property. Nice pool and gym.

Everything! It was super clean. The room is in a very good condition. If I could give more then 5 Stars- I Would!
