Sands Pratamnak

The condo is very well situated in the building. Nice view of the ocean. It benefits greatly by not having direct sunshine heating up the room. I have been to pattaya and pratumnak many times. Always staying in condos. This one has by far the coolest temperature in any of them I have stayed in. I used the air con to chill the temperature in the room then turned it off after 10 minutes and only had to use the wall mounted fan. Brilliant, especially when you need a cool room to sleep in. The condo is placed right at the bottom of soi 5. One minute from the beach and all that soi 5 has to offer. All you need is only a 2 minute walk. Restaurant, cafe's, laundry, grocerie shops and bars. Just around the corner from the condos entrance. The security at this place is excellent, 2 guards on duty all the time I was there. The condo has 3 lifts. Which never took longer than a minute to take you up or down. The condo was clean and the bed was good to sleep on.

No complaints, I had an enjoyable stay. I have to add that the air-conditioning is 5 *. Would recommend and stay here again.

Location was great and staff was responsive and nice.

I would have been nice to have a sunset view. But I happy with the sea view.

Great view overlooking the sea - great way to welcome the New Year in! The apartment was extremely well furnished and equipped, comfortable bed & great shower. The host waited while I made my way there on arrival - delayed on my journey from Siam Reap. She organised a great taxi driver to take me to Bangkok. The pool was superb - surprisingly few people using it which was great for me!

Everything was great! The only thing I found missing was directions to the pool, but that was easily overcome
