Vivando - Scandic Studio F + Parking

• Good location, about a 15-minute walk from the city center. • The apartment was warm and comfortable during the stay. • Cleanliness was at a decent level; towels were clean and in good condition. • The bed was comfortable and sleeping quality was good. • Wi-Fi worked well after proper setup and was suitable for work. • Outside noise was minimal, making the apartment generally calm and pleasant.

• Check-in was delayed: although the stated check-in time was 1:00 PM, access to the apartment was only possible around 14:30–15:00 due to cleaning delays, which disrupted my plans. • No financial compensation was offered for the delayed check-in. • The bathroom had a persistent sewage smell coming from the drain. • The glass shower screen does not prevent water from splashing onto the floor, and there was no bath mat or mop provided, making the floor slippery after showering. • The shower head was not adjustable and uncomfortable to use. • Soundproofing inside the apartment is weak — sounds from the bathroom/toilet are clearly audible. • Communication was polite but quite formal, with limited practical solutions offered. • Guests are required to wash all dishes before check-out, but no dishwashing sponge was provided — only an inconvenient brush, which made this requirement uncomfortable.

Lovely little apartment; it had everything I needed and more for a week long work trip! Nice location, not too far from the centre, and also next to Parc Carol which is impressive in itself! Camelia was a fantastic host and was always super quick to respond to any messages and help me with any questions. The entire check in and check out process was extremely easy. I would definitely stay again!
