Vivando - Scandic Studio F + Parking

Close to the parliament building where we were attended to a concert. Free parking and coffee.

Was a nightmare to get to the parking spot because the owner didn’t say what spot I have ( the number of it) and the guy at the gate didn’t let me in since I didn’t knew the number of the place ( even if he already knew what parking spot the property has). I tried to contact the property to ask for the parking spot number but the phone number doesn’t work. Exactly what I wish after 7h driving. VERY FRUSTRATING!!! I wrote a message and I figure out the parking spots numbers ( it were all occupied) . I wrote to the property again and they said another spot in the underground parking… TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE especially when you are on the rush. Next day, Saturday morning at 8:30 somebody start using the DRILL , FANTASTIC!!! 20 minutes maximum but was enough to hear it once to wake up. I cannot upload the video with the noise..

The apartment and the building complex was amazing, it's clean, comfortable, located five minutes walk from the city center, the owner is at the servise and very polite.

The search for private parking space was a little bit confusing, the parking spaces and apartment number aren't equal, but it's easy to resolve the misunderstanding when you contact the owner

Lovely and bright, a beautiful flat in Bucharest! Convenient location, super clean and perfect for a solo traveller or a couple. The building is super safe and quiet.

The pillows were a bit too soft for me but that's a personal preference I guess. The rest was great!

Excellent place - very comfortable, warm, cozy and with a parking. It is equipped with everything you may need. It is in the central part of the city and close to very nice parks and a very good pizza place. The host was also very nice and friendly.

A renovation is recommended, but I would still come back.

The area is safe with security and location was great, especially if you're planning to explore the palace. While it's not in the very center, it's only a 15-minute walk. The host was helpful, and the area is nice. The apartment had everything we needed, though it would be helpful to have a bottle of water provided or a list of nearby shops, cafes, and places to eat. I only realized there are a few places just a 2-minute walk away. Overall, it's good value for money, and I would recommend it. if you're having a morning flight, consider the high traffic in the area and plan accordingly in advance.

Overall nothing, but some advices to make it even more perfect- The apartment had a slight odor when we first arrived, but opening the windows for about 30 minutes solved the issue. A recommendation for nearby shops and places to eat would have been helpful, as they are just across the street, especially if you arrive in the late evening.

Exactly what I needed- clean, well equipped, calm, quite central. The host is kind & helpful. Thank you, I highly recommend this studio, I will definitely stay again!

Τhe room was clean and comfortable. There was a guard at the entrance of the apartment complex and the parking lot was safe.
