HI Youth and Business Apartments

Everything was old and dirty, like they never even cleaned the place. Broken windows, the room stinks of cigarettes. Freezing cold, barely any heating. No facilities, equipment or anything. Was asked not to touch other beds in the room while I payed for the whole place. Broken, dangerous sockets everywhere! When checking-out, the owner barely said a word, unwelcoming with lots of negative energy. The pictures online are complete lies from reality and I have no idea how this place is even allowed to be on the website!

The location is good yout a few bocks from the Cathedral and you can walk to all the interesting points from there.

The place by it self is not inspiring at all. The room was ok but whit old furtitures, and a bit dusty the kitchen is bad equipped but you can do it for a couple of days. The problem is the central common area, that is the only one place you can get good wifi signal looks worst than a construction area mainly because the place is not really in renovation looks like use to be that way all the time, also they have a couple of dogs that rally need attention from the owner. All the time you are in the. "Food area" this gog never stop barking at you unless yoy pet them or play. At some point is annoying, and the visual mess there really get your energy down, I prefer to go an outside café to get wifi, if you use to work remotely I don't recomend at all.

Owner totally rude. He offered me to share the room with someone else, that shouldn't happen as I already have booked the place for myself. He didn't even apologize. Also he was obsessed to know if I was Cuban (which I am not). That makes me thing he discriminated me from the beginning due to my Spanish origin, don't think he would be that disrespectful with locals or other people. Also the place is quite old and smell like humid, in two days I could take just one hot shower as the water heating system barely worked.

Location is great. It's really quiet. It's comfy for 3 people.

Every part of furniture is too old. Bathroom is old. It was cold when I get there. I didn't get the written bill for stay.
