HI Youth and Business Apartments

For €15, there needs to be a higher standard and attention from the owner. Smoking is allowed in the dorms. The owner claimed that it's only in the common room, but you can see and smell smoke in the bedroom. He moved me to a private room which was better but I had to pay extra. For the love of god, please train the dogs that live on your property or take them somewhere else. They bark and chase every guest that comes in until they leave the courtyard. The noise is insane, plus it's a safety concern. On what planet do you charge a cleaning fee when the dorms are covered in dust and cigarette ash. Toilets looked like a horror film scene. Even in the private room the toilet seat was completely detached. I'm contacting Booking for a refund.

The host lady was absolutely wonderful. And the owner was super helpful with my registration. I really appreciated that very much. The hostel is very cheap too.

The dogs are crazy. They bark non-stop and they jump on you. One even tried to bite me. And no, I didn't provoke it. The carpets clearly hadn't been cleaned in a long time. There was dirt and grease all around the kitchen. The whole apartment needs to be painted and given some TLC.

The location was good. In a relaxed part of Belgrade. Chinese lady working there was very friendly. Room was large.

Sick of these scams where the price is not really the price, You get there and they have local tax, resort tax (as though this was a resort), cleaning fee, and other taxes that nearly double the advertised price. This place and places like it only take cash. You think they are paying these taxes? Haha. Booking, listen here, this should be against your rules. The price should be the price advertised and you should not allow these scams. Makes you look bad. Fix this bug! And this place was a serious dump.

Only One good thing : Location in side the city

Poorly maintained property. Two dogs inside property constantly barking and chasing you. Room with poor hygiene condition, mosquito and spider all over.

You get what you pay for. Really nice staff and for the money you pay for 5/5 stars. Surely the best price range in Zagreb. Two really nice dogs waiting for you every night and morning. Thanks for a perfect stay !
