"Beautiful location and facilities-highly recommended"

We could see the water from our bed and a beautiful old avocado tree. Lovely walkways across the road. Bowl of chocolate treats awaited us and plenty of tea (Yorkshire, my favourite)&coffee.

"Quiet, comfortable, very peaceful setting"

Very clean and tidy. Well equipped with what you need for a short stay. Peek of water view. 1 minute walk to lovely boardwalk walk along the estuary. Very quiet and lots of bird activity

"A good place for a quiet comfortable stopover."

This is in a quiet location close to the estuary. The hosts were easy to communicate with. Access to the motorways is easy and only a short distance to the centre of Tauranga.

Parking is a little tight, but there is plenty of street parking.

This is a fabulous place to stay. Quiet neighborhood and easy to get to anywhere in Tauranga. Duncan is a wonderful host and has done an exceptional job in providing a perfect place.

Lovely shower, friendly host. Lovely view.

In the photos it showed a lounge suite . Disappointed that we had nowhere comfortable to sit inside. Admittedly when we saw it there was no room for a lounge suite. Thought it would be a bit bigger than it was.
