We loved the room, it was cozy and warm and comfortable with an beautiful view just 5 minutes walk down to the end of the road to the water. The host is a lovely man, he is very friendly and helpful if you are in need of anything to help with your stay. We will 100% be coming back here to stay if we are in Tauranga again.

We have nothing negative to say at all, we really did enjoy our stay and can't wait to come back.

"A great place to stay that I would highly recommend."

Location, set up of the room, ability to wash clothes. Host was friendly but not intrusive. Peaceful and tranquil setting in a nice neighborhood.

Nice and quiet, duncan is a very easy going owner 😊 appreciated everything he did 100%

not a fan of town water, but we just brought bottled water and managed very easy
