All the facilities needed were here and our host was great and very welcoming. Nice verandah for relaxing meals.

The room is nicely furnished and the view over the water through the neighbours avocado tree is nothing short of beautiful! It's very serene and peaceful, we enjoyed the quiet a lot. Duncan is a stellar host, we really enjoyed our stay!

The unit doesn't offer AC. The fan doesn't take the warmth 100%.

Amazing owners - so welcoming and warm. Great location, close to everything including Mt Maunganui & Kaiate Falls. Laundry option available as long as you discuss timing with the host. Nice and quiet location with a great track along the bay for an evening stroll.
