Near a lake. Comfortable. Well presented. Had an extra sitting room. Owner very nice. Nice balcony overlooking the garden and lake.

"Quiet, private haven in Matua"

A lovely well appointed and extremely clean little apartment. If it is not raining a nice patio to use and as it was raining there is a little private sitting room to use. Great shower.

The parking was a little tricky but that is a minor consideration.

The carparking would have been tight for a large vehicle, but for a small car it was fine.
