Great location and unit was very comfortable. I didn't meet the hosts however communication was excellent. Easy access to all areas of Tauranga.

"Beautiful harbour views and close to the CBD"

I stayed for two nights and met Duncan (the host) on the second day. Lovely guy. The studio is just down the road from the Matua Estuary and harbour - a nice walk and pretty popular with the locals. Bed was comfy and the facilities were clean. It's only 15 minutes drive from the Tauranga CBD, which meant I could go to my events without having to stay in the city.

I would have given this a 10/10 if it wasn't for the train that services the port - it can get pretty loud. If you're a light sleeper, I suggest bringing ear plugs. Apart from that, I really enjoyed my stay.

The location has easy access to both the Mount and Tauranga. I felt the unit offered all that would be expected for the price point. I would definately look to rebook for any future events I need to attend in the area.
