Hermoso Apto en el corazón de la ciudad amurallada

No había agua caliente El acceso era por clave y nunca se nos facilito. Gracias al conserje de la finca que después de una hora pudo localizar a alguien que nos facilito la clave

Apartamento bom, bem decorado , com ótima localização

A geladeira não estava gelando nada e depois ela vazou muita agua no chão da cozinha e não havia panos de chão. Isso atrapalhou um pouco nossa estadia.

Everything is excellent!

It would be good that before hand they warn you that to go to the rooftop you have to book it in advance with the doorman and if someone has it booked you can't come in. You book it for 2 hours.

Be careful when checking in, since they ask you to pay the accomodation when check in and we did but our reservation was already paid through booking.com and they insisted this wasn’t. With all the confusion and to avoid any dramas we went ahead and paid for it. Once the card statement arrived we we checked it and yes, it was pre-paid as we thought a now they don’t want to be responsible for the extra payment they received stating that Booking never charges before. We’ve stayed with. Oolong many times and sometimes you pay in advance so what they claim is totally false. They only answer we received from them is that we should contact Booking and they can’t help with that. We felt like scammed and this is a really dodgy behaviour from their end. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone and if you decide to book this place, don’t fall in the trap of paying double. Always check your reservation and make sure of that.

The apartament is in a beautiful building, in the most central location possible. It is well appointed, clean and has everything you’ll possibly need during your stay. The pool is also lovely and warm.

The room facing the street is a bit noisy at night. I wouldn’t recommend it for light sleepers.

Location and nice apartment

Manager didn’t have the right machine to accept my credit card payment, very disappointing. The A/Cs were broken and making a lot of noise at night we couldn’t sleep . We contacted the manager and he didn’t respond on time , only next day . They said the fixed them but the noise was there to the last minute we check out .
