Reception and staff not very friendly

The apartment is comfortable, clean, pretty and very good equipped.

At night it was very loud the noise from the street and bars, especially in the main bedroom.

Super good location, spacious and clean.

Very comfortable and good air conditioning.

Kitchen was sparsely stocked.

The location was fantastic, the rooms were very nice, David at the front desk was extremely helpful.

Only had hot water occasionally. We had gotten in at 3 AM and we’re welcome to banging on the door at 8 AM by a man asking for payment. I’m not sure why that happened, it was booked with my credit card. We were extremely tired and weren’t happy about the early morning arrival of the proprietor seemed unnecessary. the pool was weird just a small area right off the lobby, we opted not to use it as people hanging out in the lobby would be watching you. Just weird.

The apartment is in a wonderful location and very convenient. The apartment was spacious and clean. The front desk is 24 hours and we were sent a text with the code prior to arrival.

The second room sleeps 4 - it does not have 4 beds! There are two trundle beds which were very uncomfortable and the room was cramped. The air-conditioned was noisy and also kept us awake. The sheets did not fit the bed and I had to ask for a second sheet for each bed (we were only given one sheet and a blanket). The laundry is for the building not the apartment. Despite telling them of our late night arrival several times and assured it would not be a problem it appeared to be a surprise the day of. Arrival was no problem but then we had arrange a time the following morning to pay.

The apartment was delicate and luxurious with high ceilings. Equipped for any occasion. Clean, and comfortable beds. Excellent wi-fi and AC. Jacuzzi on spacious roof terrace to be booked with the door man for 2 private hours a day
