The location was very central. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. The balcony was great, and we had a lovely view to the lake and mountains.

The check-in process was a bit complicated. There was also no air con in the main bedroom, and if you had the window open, it was very loud due to the toad

To many mosquitos and flying insects, pillows not comfortable, no body wash or shampoo

We loved the location to be part of the buzz of the town, we walked across the road to the ferry terminal, for day trips, We could walk around the town easily, Access to a brand new washing machine. Eugeinie was helpful but we did not speak Italian so information was hilarious,

A supermarket in the town, 0ur kitchen set up was awkward to use.

Stunning lake views. Tastefully decorated spacious apartment. Comfortable bed and pillows. Spotlessly clean. Central location for walking around the city. Excellent concierge service. Private garage (although a 10 minute walk away).

There were no toiletries. One toilet roll, two people, three days? Two coffee pods. Although it was relatively quiet in the bedroom we found the living area too noisy to relax from the music in the bar below constant from 9am till early hours next day. We cut our stay short to avoid the Friday evening.

Loved the location and cleanliness. The owner was very friendly and let us check in early, which was very kind of her. Heat pumps/air conditioning facilities were good! We were able to do our laundry, which was a big relief!

It could have helped if basic supplies like coffee/tea, milk pods in the kitchen, and shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom were provided since we were traveling from afar and have weight issues.

Location is superb, landlady is very friendly,spotless clean ,spacious and views to die for

Noise at night from the bars but the location was brilliant so I didn't mind

Wonderful apartment. Our second stay of many! Beautiful views. In the town but on the edge and quiet. Everything you need in a well designed space. We love it here.

Very nice accommodation for reasonable price in a beautiful location.

This is where my mother was born in are. I felt at home.

Was not aware of no dryer. I learned everyone drys their clothes by hanging on rack . The land was perfect though.
