Appalling set up, no lock box, I had what appeared to be a Code from booking.com which was totally useless as no where to use it, if it wasnt for the absolutely fantastic help from the staff at Bar Carducci which is situated elbow our property we wouldn’t have gained access, and I’ll add they are aware of issues with gaining access so we weren’t the first. Finally got in the lady who was there was excellent, however I wouldn’t book again on the fiasco to gain entry, LOCKBOX solves all of that.

See above, excellent base, great location, however access issues mean I wouldn’t return.

Lovely location with a great view of the lake. Close to transport and ferry.

Peschiera del Garda itself is a nice place with lots of good restaurants and bars. Great location for public transport links whether by bus, ferry or train which was ideal for us as we travelled around a lot. Enjoyed watching the hustle and bustle from the balcony.

More glasses and mugs would have been useful but a minor point. If you are a light sleeper you may find this is too near the main road but we found closing the shutters more than sufficient to sleep well.

Property was central to the city. Hostess was very accessible. Very comfortable for a couple to stay.

Only comment is that the washing machine in the ad is a communal one for the whole building.

The location is amazing right next to the ferry terminal!And such a spacious and beautiful apartment. The beds are very comfy.

The air conditioning in the master bedroom didn’t work so u had to sleep with the door open. But that was fine even in summer.

Very good apartment and nice host. Exceptionally clean and well equipped apt, good matrasses and pillows. We arrived earlier than check-in starts and apt wasn't yet ready but the host met us and allowed to leave the luggage so we could easy explore the city. Perfect location near boat station so you can take early morning ferries. Also nice cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Good bakery round the corner is open early morning.

Don't have any negative comment.

Location is fantastic: ideally situated overlooking the lake, a minute from the ferry terminal, surrounded by great bars and restaurants. Easy walk to the train station as well.

Only provided one toilet roll.

This is such a nice property, much nicer than the pictures. Gorgeous, historical wooden beams, very homely, very clean. Would never leave if that was an option.

It's so nice that it's hard to only give it 9 or of ten, and we did for a long time consider giving it 10, but I have to be realistic and reflect that it's a very loud location due to all the bars and clubs and even on a Sunday night you won't be getting peace until at least midnight or 1am, maybe 2am. Take earplugs!
