Staffs are very warm and cordial. Especially Mr.Girish while check-in and Mr.Bishnu while staying were good in their service and more flexible in fulfilling my requirements.

South Indian food was not available.

The hotel is amazingly located. Just a few minute walk away to the Gateway etc. The room itself was incredibly clean and had al we needed, and the personal was very friendly! Great value for the money.

Nothing really. Our room was next to the very busy road with honking cars going on until late. But with ear buds in and the fan on didn't really bother. And i think the rest of the rooms are not located right on the busy street.

Perfekte Lage direkt beim Gateway of India und dem Taj Mahal Palace. Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit – selbst ein Check-in um 2 Uhr nachts und ein Weckruf um 4:15 Uhr waren kein Problem. .
