The location is good. The owner’s exchange rate is better than the bank. The owner is very helpful, tell me how to go to the national park.

"Great option in a good location in Colaba"

Great location next door to Leopold Cafe and walkable to many of Mumbai's points of interest (Gateway of India, Art Gallery, Museum etc), bars, restaurants and a 15 minute walk to the nearest metro station. Good communicaton prior to arrival (around leaving luggage prior to check in and how to find the hotel) and all the staff were very helpful. My room was clean and comfortable, with a/c, plenty of hot water and a kettle.

The hotel entrance is a little hidden between several shops. It's in a really busy road and during the day and evening it can be a challenge to walk along the pavement to reach it.
