The location is perfect. The room was small but had everything I needed and it was very clean. The hotel staff are very serviceminded and super friendly.

location is unbeatable when you look at must see locations of colonial Mumbai. Hotel is basic compared to neighborhood iconic hotels but when all you need is a clean bed and loo when you come back to sleep perfect. One suggestion some fruits, fresh juice in an open counter near reception betwen 6am and 8am would be fabulous.

1)Views from the room . 2) some noise from street below. Missed sitting area outside room.

Right in the heart of a busy district, only a short walk to the Gateway of India. Friendly staff and they helpfully stored our large backpacks bags until our departure on a night train.

By far the best accommodation in Mumbai for a reasonable price. A smaller but clean room with a comfortable bed. Perfect location right in the middle of the action, next to Leopold’s Café, a short walk from the Gateway of India, and just around the corner there are several local pure‑veg restaurants as well as bars. On top of that, the staff is very kind and helpful. I was incredibly surprised—in a good way—and I will definitely return.

Considering the price, probably nothing.

Great location, clean neat room. The back room was quiet enough at night. Just the perfect place for us to keep our stuff, sleep and shower, and spend all day out exploring that lovely part of the city.

1. The first thing is location. Wow ! To make it very clear, my 75 years old mom could walk to Gateway of India & all good restaurants from this hotel, now you imagine the location. 2. All staffs were very kind and helpful. 3. Everything is organised. 4. And feel secured as Colaba Police Station is 1 minute away. 😁

1. You just have to go out for lunch & dinner, they don't provide it. But all good restaurants are very close. It's not an issue.
