We loved this Homestay. 5*****. We have traveled for 8 weeks in India. This was definitely the highest standard of accommodation we stayed with in all of India. The host/manager is 5star, friendly and nice. The homestay is a new build apartment, and very large. 3 bedrooms &3bathroooms with kitchen and living room. The full homestay was clean, new and well kept. Beds and bathrooms were very clean. We really enjoyed this homestay. The location didn’t really suit us but the kochi area seems to be honest prices for taxi and tut tut. So we got around very cheap. It’s only 15 minutes to backwaters (120rup) in a tut tut. The owner is happy to help with ideas for day trips. There is also a washing machine on site, just ask to use it. The roof top we enjoyed for the views also.

Just the location, but that was a personal choice.

Mr Solomon guided us very well and he was always there to answer our questions given the place was new and we did not know the local language.

We prepared our own meals to our liking since all the appliances we needed were provided. The location was superb with a friendly neighborhood, easily accessible to shops, markets, auto stands, and beaches.

We are satisfied and could not have asked for more.

Apartment was clean

No room service, expected to consider it hotel for check out time but inconsiderate to the services provided. Even for hand towels and glasses owner was standing and counting in front of us saying everything would have been charged if it is Air bnb
