La chambre et la salle de bain spacieuses et très propres... La gentillesse et la disponibilté de l'hôte qui se coupe en 4 pour satisfaire ses pensionnaires...

J'avais malheureusement la seule chambre avec une salle de bain externe accessible via un escalier...

The host was very kind, I liked home made cooking every day, and she made vegan breakfast every day for me. She helped to organise our trip at Lake Garda. We were satisfied with the accomodation and the breakfast. We suggest you to stay here.

Laura is the best host we've ever had! She's a perfect guide to start your adventure around Lago di Garda. The place is clean, in a perfect cosy location and with very positive energy. 2 minutes walking distance to several restaurants and bars and a good gelateria. 15 mins walking to a centre of Desenzano. Visiting Casa Mia is like visititing your family. Breakfasts made with love. Coffee made with love. A few steps to the lake and to rent a bike. TV (Netflix, Prime) in all languages. We said we don't need it, but actually it was perfect on a rainy day. Our room was cleaned every day. Laundry done if needed. Snacks available 24/7. We had a room without kitchenette, but I could still use the common kitchen and make myself tea in the middle of the night... and grab a cookie baked by Laura. Fridge shelf available for us. Well... we will always recommend this place to all our friends and family!

If you are looking for a 5-star hotel go to a 5-star hotel. If you want to visit friends... go to Casa Mia. 🩷

Bardzo życzliwa atmosfera. Pani Laura była bardzo gościnna i pomocna, w szczególności przy planowaniu zwiedzania, zawsze doradzała i podpowiadała. Pyszne słodkości i domowe ciasta na śniadanie. Pokój przestronny i wygodne łóżko. Bardzo polecam ten obiekt 🥰

La amabilidad de la encargada y la profesionalidad

The location is excellent, especially for the high season. There is a very nice beach and local center with various cafes nearby while the crowds are in other, more popular locations. The breakfast and small snacks make the stay super relaxed, very comfortable with kids. The garden is a perfect space for the breakfast and afternoon relaxation. The owners are very nice, easy to communicate, totally helpful and kind. Providing lots of small things (like swimming mattress, mosquito gel, etc.) that are make the stay comfortable.

We were staying during one week in one room - two parents and a kid (6 y.o.). The room was perfect for two people, but felt a bit small for three people for a long stay. So it’s better to book two rooms for more than two people.

Die Betreuung durch Laura ist super! Gàste, die deutsche, insbesondere ostdeutsche Gastgeber gewohnt sind, erleben hier einen positiven Kulturschock. Sie holte uns vom Bahnhof ab, obwohl das gar nicht vereinbart war, und gab sich ab da bis zu unserer Abfahrt Mühe, unsere Wünsche zu erraten und gleich zu erfüllen. Die Kinder der anderen Bewohner hatten Geburtstag und bekamen nachträglich einen Kuchen gebacken. Wir hatten einen un-runden Hochzeitstag und bekamen einen Kuchen gebacken. In beiden Fällen, ohne dass mit einem Mucks darum gebeten worden war.. Das Frühstück ist der Hit! Es gibt Kuchen oder Ei-Speisen, die auf den Eiern basieren, welche ihre vier Hühner legen. Außerdem gibt es frisches Obst, sie fragt, ob es ein belegtes Toast sein soll und welche Kaffee-Spezialität die Erwachsenen wünschen. Du kannst dir dein eigenes Müsli mixen, und es gibt - in Italien noch immer eine Seltenheit - Haferdrink vorrätig. Die Kinder hatten viel Freude beim Betrachten der Hühner und mit dem menschenfreundlichen Hund. Laura hat uns jeden Tag die Betten gemacht und die Bäder geputzt. Sie bot an, uns zum Einkaufen zu fahren, oder uns abzuholen, sollten wir mit dem Bus nicht mehr weiterkommen.

Menschen mit einer nordeuropäischen Körpergröße könnten ihren Kopf hier und da anstoßen. Davor wird aber ausreichend gewarnt, uns ist es nicht passiert. Das WLAN war etwas wackelig, aber wir sind nicht zum Internet-Surfen gekommen.
