Not easily accessible. Walking up the 50,000 steps from the parking with my bags was a real nightmare. It was just BED & no BREAKFAST. No coffee or tea, not even a kettle to boil water. The neighbor was not a pleasant person.

Reasonable view towards the sea and domed church from balcony. Lovely host Fortunata, (very helpful), although we only saw her on first day. A big plus was a clothes washing machine.

As with most of Positano, too many stairs, (inevitable) I counted 75 steps up to upper road, and 145 steps down to lower road. So if carrying heavy bags it is best to get taxi to drop you at upper road. The room overpriced for what was offered. Double bed jammed up against side wall. No bedside tables. Don’t have long showers as next person has to wait for water to heat up again. No power point for microwave, so would have to lift it down onto table to use. Main entrance foyer is dark and dingy, with poor lighting. 40 Euros to get taxi to take bags down to main piazza.

The view was nice but beware

Please be aware this place isn’t worth the money and is very unclean - first thing is there is no shower. Simply a shower head with a drain, water goes absolutely everywhere. - we found mold all in the shower as well as hair (see photos) - also found hair and dirt all throughout the apartment (see photos) - the pillows are absolutely disgusting and full of stains (see photos) - when we arrived the balcony doors and windows were open. This is to hide the rotten egg smell that will soon fill the apartment. We closed everything up and went to enjoy the town. Upon our return the entire accommodation stunk.

Very expensive for what is worth it. This is a room for maximum 70€.

The location was great and the view from the Balcony and window was amazing. It was small but ample for our use. The bed was comfortable Our host gave us good instructions on how to access the property and ideas for eating out, shopping, sightseeing and use of public transport.
