location, staff, food, new building staff is very helpful & friendly - special thanks to Serezha, Nargiz, and Tanya as well as their supervisor

cleaning wasn’t thorough enough in bathrooms corridors were super hot menu is not diverse for a long stay

The location and facilities were very good .

The stuff of the hotel doesn't speak English. In addition to this they don't suggest us extra activities as mentioned in booking.

Clean and new rooms. Staff were very helpful.

The rooms were spacious, clean and had a comfortable bed. The location was near enough to walk to the busier areas where a wide range of restaurants etc. can be found. The staff were friendly and very helpful. It has a lovely restaurant too, that offers a decent selection of food.

The room was large, comfortable and clean. The restaurant was good. Could eat breakfast, lunch or dinner there. The restaurant staff was nice. One of the hotel clerks was also very helpful.

Nobody spoke English, although we managed using Google Translate. Also, I thought the price was kind of high, considering it was midweek in what appeared to already be low season.

The room was nice and beds were comfortable

A bit on the expensive side, fridge didn’t seem to be working (or was turned off, but it wasn’t clear how to turn it on). No bath robes.

Very professional and helpful staff. Location is great. Parking is available. Facilities are new.

The room in the new building was not equipped with AC. It was ok for end of August, but for summer it might be difficult. Restaurant has average quality food, but very affordable.
