The hotel looks decent, tho as well as everything in Kazakhstan, very overpriced due to a lack of alternatives.

Very comfy room at a very affordable price. Room was very warm which was nice after coming in from the snow. The bathroom in the room was very clean.

Hot tub is closed during winter.

5000 tenge penalty for losing card opening the room. We have lost 2 cards. Most hotels does not even require cards to be returned. In this case we had to pay additional 10 000 tenge which is almost half of a daily room rate.
