"Great overnight stay"

Perfect for our overnight stopover in Scarborough. Clean large family room. Friendly welcome and much appreciated that they contacted us within an hour of leaving to let us know we'd left something behind.

"I don’t write bad reviews but, Disappointed is an understatement"

Not a lot

Very very poor Booking.com need to review this property rating of this property. So sub standard the list of problems is too long. Double bed and sofa in the room had more stains on them a tramp would not of slept on them really disappointed with this end hotelier of Scarborough

"we'd definitely rebook"

owners are great! really helpful and friendly. Bedding was all lovely and fresh, we also had plenty of towels. location is brilliant, set on a quiet street with the most gorgeous church at one end.

The shower in our room(201) could do with a refurb. It was difficult the fill the kettle from the bathroom sink because the sink is too small to fit the kettle in.
