Living with a nice Georgian family and great view of terrace.

Location was uphills and hard to commute on foot.

Wonderful room with balcony and own shower. Nice hosts 🖤✨ very comfy and cozy.

That you have a microwave and freezer outside on the balcony. This means if you want warm food you need to go out into the cold? In the summer this might work just fine but in winter cooking outdoors is not pleasant at all. Also there was a water cooler for coffee but no coffee milk. That would have been a pleasant little touch I think. The bathroom is also like a ice box. The water is warm and will heat up the floor of the shower but standing inside the bathroom with the hot water turned off feels uncomfortable and requires shoes to brush your teeth.

The room was perfectly prepared and cleaned. Absolutely nice attitude and great communication (in Russian) The location is great and the orientation is a view of the city and greenery on the terrace. The place is safe and close to the main street. The air conditioning worked quietly and well Internet worked great. I recommend.

Nothing. I had to take the blanket and outside. It is the house of moulds. Moulds is everywhere. Smell is disgusting. If you are an allergic you are in risk to trigger complications there. I was coughing the whole night. It's a window on the photo. But.... No window at all, it is blocked up completely! No air. Just dirty mould carpet on the wall. Please do not trust the photos they provided.

I appreciated that hosts invested a lot to this extremely old flat. But they obviously failed with moulds. The bed with an uneven mattress, The house is very dilapidated, damp plaster, mould.
