Location, friendly owner, ability to check in late

There was a very tiny bathroom, a smell in the bathroom, and the toilet seat was not able to stay up, the fact that we were limited what time we were allowed to use the kitchen. From 10am till 12pm and after 6pm in the evening??? The many stairs you have to climb to get to your room, no lift.

Lovely family guesthouse. The owner kindly woke up to check me in when I arrived around 4am. Beautiful garden with a nice view. The room is comfortable, and there was a beautiful big desk for me to work at in the room. Great value for money and fantastic location on a side road up hill from Rustaveli Avenue. Would definitely stay again.

Nothing.

I was wrong: it is a REAL Gregorian family home, not a just ordinary regular hotel. We had our room with private bathroom, homely old-style authentic living room, spacious terrace with trees all around. The owners were very hospitable and very kind. The location is in THE CITY CENTER. A marvelous Khachpuri bakery is just near by. ! Sure will stay there next time !

It is in the very center yet there is a short up-hill walk from the Rustaveli Avenue. A taxi (cheap!) easily solves this issue.

Nice big room and bathroom. Enough power points everywhere. A nice mountain view. I would recommend the place for couples and solo travellers like me.

Amazing place, really comfortable bed, friendly and helpful owners, location really close to the centre. I would totally recommend :)

It could be easier to find the place if there were any information plate/sign on the building or main doors

The location is lovely. Vintage and comfortable. I had the balcony room which was perfect for sunlight and had a desk for me to work on. The shower even has a skylight! I've extended my stay by another month because I am comfortable and happy. ☺ The hosts are friendly and despite them not knowing English they did a great job with communicating. Ignore the other Chinese woman's bad review because she stayed the same time as me and was always moody.

The cleanness. Absolutely dust less. Very clean.

The noisy child talking at night very disturbing. Owners speak no English to even greet. Not too keen on idea every guest must be shoe off to get into house. Unfriendly place not my place to be back next time.
