The location is perfect. The staffs are welcoming and attentive to our inquiries.

We experienced a small hiccup regarding our ac in our room. The staff took action immediately regarding our concern. Since it's already midnight and they had no utility available, they immediately transfer us to another room. Kuddos to the team!!!

Generally the place is good and clean. It's near the center so access to restaurants and tourist spots is easy.

The bed and pillows are a little bit uncomfortable.
