The staffs are friendly. The room is clean. It's very comfortable to stay. They have also pitcher, glass and mug in the room for water refill, the refill is free. It's near in baluarte and calle crisologo.

The location was very convenient for tourists. The price was very affordable. Staff were very attentive and friendly. Wifi works well + free water refill on every floor. You basically get what you paid for

The Toilet floor is very dirty-needs a deep clean. Limited parking areas.

Excellent spotlessly clean and spacious room with a table and chairs outside on the common balcony. Towels, soap and shampoo supplied. Nice attached bathroom. Free hot and cold water dispenser. Hot shower. Nice outdoor covered sitting area downstairs. Friendly staff. Excellent WiFi. Nice big mirror windows. You can see out, but not from the outside and in. From the outside it's a mirror. Perfect if you like daylight.

It was a designated smoking area it said! Well, that's all the way out in the carpark! No tables and chairs there. They have some bureaucracy to sort out, as they kept nagging me to fill out an online check in form latest 24 h before arrival and upload a photo of my passport, which I did, but when I arrived, I had to do it one more time! The online form even wanted my flight arrival and departure, as if I knew that! I'm in the Philippines for a long time. Something is iffy with the availability of rooms. I initially wanted to book one more night, but it said it was full, later I discovered that other booking sites had rooms! I could feel every single spring in the mattress digging into my ribs and hips.

The location is very near in Heritage village, the staffs are friendly, the price is very affordable

It’s clean though the bathroom is quite old, the pillow is really thin almost no protection can provide to our baby,

Location are spot on Staff: attentive and helpful Cleanliness: are up to standard and it was our best bet in going to Vigan, we’ve used the place twice already. I’lll be happy enough to refer the place to my friends.

There was just a small technical issue when we were staying. There was no water at all as the boiler over heat and we ended up exploring the town without having showers or using the toilet. Staff was so helpful in resolving the issue and very apologetic. Not their fault really. Things happen . Inspire will be back though.
