Overall it's a really good place for the money! The room is very clean and spacious, has air-conditioning, and it's 15 Min walking from the center, so it's well centered as well. The staff was very friendly and made efforts to arrange my check-in even if it was outside of check-in hours. Recommend this for anyone looking to stay a few nights in Verona!

"Reasonable for the price of a single room in high season. Comfortable and clean."

Simple, but ok. Comfortable and clean. Had mini fridge and I was offered a drink at check-in.

Ac was working, but not strong at all and it was very hot at the time I stayed there. Not too close to centre, but I'm ok about walking.

no breakfast, it was a very busy road, but it had good windows that kept out the noise

There was a problem with the check in. the check in was supposed to be from 13 to 24. I was in hospital waiting for the end of my brother's surgery. but it was getting late, so I called the place and told them that I didn't know when I could go. the guy wasn't happy at all. He called another couple of times, but I couldn't give him an answer and so he started protesting. At the end my brother's surgery ended at 9.30. My brother in law took me to the place and...everything was closed. so I called the owner and he told me to wait 10 minutes. when he arrived we had a discussion. having clarified everything he gave me the room key. the room was big and spacious!
