Nice location, cozzy appartment

Close to the city center(10 min walk).Great familiy restaurant downstairs. Would totally recommend and come back.

A bit much with the pink room.

The place seems run by a family. Its neatly kept. The place was clean, inside and outside the property. The welcome drink is a nice touch.

The accommodation lacked some basic facilities. To start with, there were no cups to drink water, no water kettle or tea/coffee available.

The staff were very friendly and the check in was fast and smooth we even got a welcoming drink. We liked our room, got everything that we needed. We’d dinner downstairs and it was 10/10. Very authentic italian run restaurant with nice staff. We would like to go back there again.

The room was large, comfortable and clean, with a good-sized bathroom. It was nice to get a free beer and water when I arrived and I enjoyed a tasty pizza at the restaurant. I felt the accommodation was good value for money. Thank you!

I arrived at around 4pm so the restaurant was closed and I didn't know how to check in at first, which was disconcerting. After I banged on the door a few times, the woman came but it might be useful to give some instructions about what to do in these circumstances. Likewise, as the place is quite far from the train station on foot, some information about buses to get there would be useful.

Check in time was 2pm but none one was there to check me in - had to wait outside to 6pm - this made me angry as l only one full day to explore instead of one and half.

Clean big room, not that far from the city center. Welcome drink of your choice was a nice surprise.

Even there was an old running air-condition, it didn't help at all, the temperature in the room was super high. I have no problems with sleeping basically anywhere but here it was very difficult due to this.

Very friendly staff who work in the bar and restaurant too, they were very helpful about AC and check out procedure, and gave me a free drink on arrival which was really nice and welcoming. Room was big, bed comfy and excellent bathroom too. I didn't really hear other guests so that was a good plus too. Very clean which was appreciated. The pizza place is very good and recommended. Handy location to the north of the old town. Safe area.

My only improvement would be if windows were open although I guess that would affect AC. Maybe not s good idea on verona in summer anyway.
