Orlando is very kind, and provides us everything we needed. The house is very clean and has everything you need. Orlando helped us with some tips if the local shops, and at the final day we made a barbecue together!

Orlando was an excellent host, very welcoming and friendly. Room exceeded my expectations, sparkling clean, plenty of towels and cosmetics, comfortable beds, TV, fridge, coffee maker... In common spaces (fully equiped kitchen, living room, patio) I had access to everything that I needed. Location is perfect, just in the centre of the island with everything nearby and free parking right in front of the house. I would definitelly return again.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The host was very easy to contact and helpful with any questions we had. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with two bedrooms, two balconies, a nice clean bathroom, and an air conditioners that we could use if it was cold in the room. The kitchen was well-equipped and everything was clean and tidy. We also had access to the downstairs kitchen and the patio, which was a nice bonus. The location was perfect for exploring the island, as it was in the middle of everything. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. I would definitely want to stay there every time I will come back to Azores.

Welcoming and kind host, at the same time respectful of privacy of guests. Good location to explore the island, with easy access to the main road. Walking distance to town and supermarket. Comfortable room, good bathroom. Access to well equipped kitchen. Coffee machine. Welcome package of local products. Easy street parking.

The host has two dogs that bark at night, earplugs are essential. Also the mattress would need an upgrade.

Orlando the host is a very kind and available person. The apartment we had is big, calm, functional and clean, very well situated in Ribeira Grande. There is a common kitchen very well equipped.
