Bright and renovated, comfortable bed, nice apartment and they let me check in before the actual check in time

The boiler made noice during the night and you need to be aware that there is no elevator

We had a very nice stay here. It was all clean, very nice staff and good coffee.

Very pleasant communication using What's App. Daily cleaner -also extremely pleasant. Easy access to piblic transportation. Quiet area.

This may be an American thing, but there was no microwave oven. (As perspective, other places also often don't have in Italy, i found out).

The property is in an excellent location, no more than a 20 minute walk from all the essential places in Bologna. There is a fabulous restaurant less than 50m and lots of nice cafes near too. The room was just perfect, very clean bathroom and perfect facilities. Very easy to access and balcony was a treat too! Would absolutely recommend.

The property is close to the historic center. It is located in one of these old coloured bolognese building with porticos. You don’t need to check-in since you will receive the codes to enter your room autonomously. The room was clean and you even get some free bottles of water, coffee, tea and biscuits.

Since it is a charming old building close to the historic center, the rooms have pretty bad acoustics (you can hear the doors slapping and the neighbour talking) which did not disturb me per se but if you are easily woken up, it may affect your sleep. The blanket was a bit too thin for me and since I did not realise earlier I could turn on the heating by myself, it was a bit cold the first night.
