"Pleasant"

The location was good. A huge lake and a park is close. Metro stop is a few minute walk away, and few stops from the old town. The balcony was sunny. Parking space is right under the balcony.

Neigbors dog barking from early morning. The building was in a bad shape and also with unpleasant smell in the common area. Also we have found some hair on the bedding, so we were not sure if it was clean. We didn't appreciate the religious shrine in the bedroom.

"Good facilities but loud during the night/morning"

Good, spacious studio. Had everything I needed

Not that quiet during the night. There is a loud neighbour above, he was screaming late during the first night, and a loud dog was barking the entire morning after my second night (from 5am or so, and it was pretty loud)
